Italian Herb Blend
(by Mario Fabbri, TV Host, Trying Vegan with Mario)

Rosemary, thyme and oregano are a harmonious blend of herbs. They become even more flavorful when they are dehydrated. Many herbs are fragile and require low and slow dehydration methods. Dehydrate on 105 °F / 40 °C for 24 hours, or until crispy. Read our guide on dehydrating herbs for more information.
